Anza is located in central Southern California, in a high desert valley equidistant from Palm Desert, Temecula, and Hemet. This little-known community is rich in local wildlife and wide-open spaces.

Most properties are in the 2.5 to 5 acre range. We also have an abundance of 20 to 20 acre lots. In town, 90% of the residential properties are 2 acres while commercial parcels can be as small as 1 acre.
